i know i'm getting old because when i see kids on the streets of manhattan i can't help but thinking how stupid they are. if i was ten or fifteen years younger, they would probably be the epitome of cool and i probably would emulate them. i hope not, but i can't deny that it is a major possibility.
but what's up with those enormous white shirts? who said, 'you know what would be hot, if i just got a mad big white t-shirt that came down to my knees and wore it. i bet i'd get all the mamis, yo!'
and where did 'what's good?' or maybe i should say 'wuz good?' come from? does anyone else find that to be a dumb greeting?
that reminds me, you know what else is a stupid greeting? 'what's the good word?' what the fuck does that mean and, more importantly, what is the appropriate response? what is the good word? please? thank you? sesame? the first time someone said that to me i was mad frozen:
randome person: hey luke, what's the good word?
me: uhhhhhhhh, hi?
